  • 1 Tri Tip roast, 2 Flank Steaks, 1 Hanger Steak, 1 package of Tenderloin medallions and 2 packages of single source ground beef.

  • All cuts are USDA Certified and sealed in premium vacuum packaging. Dry Aged 14-21 days.

Shipping / Delivery / Pickup

  • Continental U.S.: Your beef will be shipped via UPS. Package will contain dry ice to keep beef frozen.

  • North Platte, NE / Ogallala, NE / Arthur, NE: Your beef will be transported in a freezer trailer and available for pickup at one of our preselected delivery sites.
