All cuts are USDA Certified and sealed in premium vacuum packaging, bones may or may not be vacuum sealed. Dry aged 14-21 days.

Shipping / Delivery / Pickup

Continental U.S.: Your beef will be shipped via UPS. Package will contain dry ice to keep beef frozen.
North Platte, NE / Ogallala, NE / Arthur, NE: Your beef will be transported in a freezer trailer and available for pickup at one of our preselected delivery sites.
