Contents may vary, but here’s roughly what to expect: 20 lbs. of ground beef, 1 skirt steak, 1 package of tenderloin steaks, 2 packages of short ribs, 2 packages of ribeye steaks, 1 package of sirloin steaks, 1 package of New York Strip steaks, 1 sirloin tip roast, 1-2 round roasts, 1-2 packages of stew meat, 1 package of cube steaks, 1-2 chuck roasts, 1 package of soup bones, 1 package of marrow bones, one of the following a brisket point, brisket flat, tri tip or Coulotte roast (sirloin cap roast). Can also include flank steak and fajita meat.

Ground beef in 1 lb. packages; steaks 1” thick, two per package; roasts around 2-3 lbs.

Take-home weight: 50-60 lbs. Final amount depends on the animal. Requires minimum 2-3 cubic foot of freezer space, approximately the full capacity of a typical refrigerator freezer.

Shipping / Delivery / Pickup

• Continental U.S.: Your beef will be shipped via UPS. Package will contain dry ice to keep beef frozen. PLEASE NOTE: If you are shipping to Florida or Maine, please select the correct shipping option for these states in the drop-down menu. The shipping price for these states reflects the price set by UPS. If you do not select the correct shipping option, your order will be refunded, minus a restocking fee, and we will direct you to re-order using the correct shipping option.

• North Platte, NE / Ogallala, NE / Arthur, NE: Your beef will be transported in a freezer trailer and available for pickup at one of our preselected delivery sites.
