Estimated take-home weight 30-33 lbs. Final amount may vary by cuts. Ground beef in 1 lb. packages; steaks 1” thick, two per package; roasts between 2-3 lbs. Requires minimum 1 cubic foot of freezer space, approximately half of the capacity of a typical refrigerator freezer.
Shipping / Delivery / Pickup
Continental U.S.: Your beef will be shipped via UPS. Package will contain dry ice to keep beef frozen.
North Platte, NE / Ogallala, NE / Arthur, NE: Your beef will be transported in a freezer trailer and available for pickup at one of our preselected delivery sites.
