All cuts are USDA Certified and sealed in premium vacuum packaging, bones may or may not be vacuum sealed. Dry aged 14-21 days.

Shipping / Delivery / Pickup Options

UPS SHIPPING to the Continental U.S.: Your beef will be shipped via UPS. Package will contain dry ice to keep beef frozen. Shipping and handling fees will be calculated at checkout.
LOCAL PICKUP in North Platte, NE / Ogallala, NE / Arthur, NE/ North East CO: Your beef will be transported to an agreed upon public meeting site. We will contact you to set the delivery time and location site.
