• Each bundle will include a whole Picanha Roast with the fat cap on, 1 Skirt Steak, 1 Hanger Steak, 2 packages of premium unseasoned Fajita Meat and 2 1lb packages of our single sourced dry aged Ground Beef. 85/15 blend.

• All cuts are USDA Certified and sealed in premium vacuum packaging. Dry aged 14-21 days.

Shipping / Delivery / Pickup

• Continental U.S.: Your beef will be shipped via UPS. Package will contain dry ice to keep beef frozen.

• North Platte, NE / Ogallala, NE / Arthur, NE: Your beef will be transported in a freezer trailer and available for pickup at one of our preselected delivery sites.
