• This bundle includes 2 Sirloin or Sirloin Club Steaks, 2 Arm Steaks, 2 Chuck Steaks, 2 packages of unseasoned Kabob Meat, 2 packages of unseasoned Stir Fry Meat and 2 packages of our single source dry aged Ground Beef.

• Steaks come 1-2 per package, Ground Beef 85/15 blend in 1lb packages.

• All cuts are USDA Certified and sealed in premium vacuum packaging. Dry aged 14-21 days.

Shipping / Delivery / Pickup

• Continental U.S.: Your beef will be shipped via UPS. Package will contain dry ice to keep beef frozen.

• North Platte, NE / Ogallala, NE / Arthur, NE: Your beef will be transported in a freezer trailer and available for pickup at one of our preselected delivery sites.
