THE WHITEWATER BEEF COWBOYS FAVORITES BUNDLE:
A curated assortment of premium beef cuts.

  • Estimated take-home weight 18-21 lbs. Final amount may vary by individual cut. All steaks cut 1 1/2” to 1 3/4” thick, one-two steaks per package, ground beef will be in 1lb packages 85/15. Requires minimum 1 cubic foot of freezer space, approximately 1 shelf of a typical refrigerator freezer.

  • Four Ribeye steaks; Six New York Strip steaks; Two Chuck steaks, 2 Tenderloin steaks, 1 package of canoed marrow bones and 4 lbs of single sourced dry aged Ground Beef patties.

  • All cuts are USDA Certified and sealed in premium vacuum packaging. Dry aged 14-21 days.

Shipping / Delivery / Pickup Options

  • UPS SHIPPING to the Continental U.S.: Your beef will be shipped via UPS. Package will contain dry ice to keep beef frozen. Shipping and handling fees will be calculated at checkout.

  • LOCAL PICKUP in North Platte, NE / Ogallala, NE / Arthur, NE/ North East CO: Your beef will be transported and available for pickup at a public preselected delivery site. We will contact you for delivery date and location.
