THE WHITEWATER BEEF COWBOYS FAVORITES BUNDLE:
A curated assortment of premium beef cuts.

Estimated take-home weight 18-21 lbs. Final amount may vary by individual cut. All steaks cut 1 1/2” to 1 3/4” thick, one-two steaks per package, ground beef will be in 1lb packages 85/15. Requires minimum 1 cubic foot of freezer space, approximately 1 shelf of a typical refrigerator freezer.
Four Ribeye steaks; Six New York Strip steaks; Two Chuck steaks, 2 Tenderloin steaks, 1 package of canoed marrow bones and 4 lbs of single sourced dry aged Ground Beef patties.
All cuts are USDA Certified and sealed in premium vacuum packaging. Dry aged 14-21 days.

UPS SHIPPING to the Continental U.S.: Your beef will be shipped via UPS. Package will contain dry ice to keep beef frozen. Shipping and handling fees will be calculated at checkout.
LOCAL PICKUP in North Platte, NE / Ogallala, NE / Arthur, NE/ North East CO: Your beef will be transported and available for pickup at a public preselected delivery site. We will contact you for delivery date and location.
